Come and stay at our comfortable and charming Guest House in Rye, offering superb bed and breakfast with 9 beautiful en-suite rooms.
Nestling below the Old Borough Arms you will find The Mermaid Street Café where you can buy great coffee & Ice cream or have a relaxing  breakfast, Lunch or afternoon tea, all freshly prepared in our own kitchen.

Reception hours are from 8am-8pm please use our booking portal after these hours if you wish to book.

Check in is from 3pm until 8pm. In the Winter months  please let us know what time you will be planning to arrive. (between 2pm-8pm)

Check out is at 11am.
