Access statement

The Old Borough Arms is a grade 2 listed building and parts of the building date back to the early 18th century and our stairs reflect this, so therefore it may not be suitable for guests with mobility difficulties.

We request that anyone wishing to make an enquiry or booking inform us of any special needs that they may have in order for us to meet any personal requirements.

The hotel does not have ramp access for wheel chair users and there are many steep uneven steps into the main entrance.

There is a ground floor entrance which has many cobbled stones outside, the entrance to the ground floor door is 80 centimetres in width.

Our bedrooms are on two floors. One of which is ground floor level.

These floors do contain stairs therefore please make it clear at the time of your reservation that you would require level access to your bedroom.
