Rooms
All nine rooms at the Old Borough Arms are en-suite, and have been recently refurbished. All of the rooms have tea and coffee making facilities, a flat screen TV, and most importantly of all, clean and crisp sheets and towels and new comfortable beds so a good nights rest is virtually assured.
We have travel cots and highchairs that can be provided at no charge, and we can cater for most requests such as Champagne and flowers. Fold out beds which are suitable for children are also available for some rooms at an extra cost of £20 per night.

Room 1 is a standard double en-suite room situated on the ground floor. As this room is next to the downstairs entrance, it is convenient for easy comings and goings, and handy if you don’t like stairs! The room has a flat screen TV with DVD player, tea and coffee making facilites and a hairdryer.
Room 2 is a standard double room although it does have the advantage of a King Size bed with those extra few inches sometimes making all the difference. It is situated on the ground floor and of course has a flat screen TV with DVD player, tea and coffee making facilites and a hairdryer.
Room 3 
is the latest room to be refurbished and is now available as our deluxe double. It has an amazingly comfortable king size bed and
a large flat screen TV with DVD player. This dual aspect room which is on the first floor is tastefully furnished and decorated, and features fornasetti wallpaper. You will also receive complimentary mineral water. The cost of this room is the same as number 6, the four poster room.
Room 4
is one of our two twin / family rooms. It has a very comfortable king size bed and also a single. There is also room for a fold out bed that is suitable for children. The room also has a flat screen TV with built in DVD player, so don’t forget to pack a few of their favourite films just in case you need to fill half an hour on a rainy afternoon.
Room 5
is one of our two twin / family rooms. It has a very comfortable double bed and also a single. There is also room for a fold out bed that is suitable for children. The room also has a flat screen TV with built in DVD player, so don’t forget to pack a few of their favourite films just in case you need to fill half an hour on a rainy afternoon.
Room 6 
is our four poster room on the first floor that exudes romance with the lovebirds wallpaper and comfy leather armchairs. As well as the usual facilites, you will also receive complimentary bottles of mineral water. The room has a lovely aspect and is the ideal room for that special occasion.
Room 7
is the only room at the back of the building and therefore away from the street. It has a beautifully calm feel which is helped by the pretty floral wallpaper and furniture that has an oriental influence.
Room 8
is on the ground floor tucked away in the corner of the building and adjoins the old town wall that dates back to 1562. Thankfully the room has been refurbished a little more recently than that and has a very modern bathroom with a nice large shower head and a heated towel rail. This room is equipped with everything you would expect to find in a four star guest house including a Flat Screen TV and Sony radio. A comfortable and cosy double room.
Room 9
is the smallest room that we have and is on the ground floor. Recently refurbished to a high standard with a luxurious en-suite bathroom it is perfect as a base in which to explore the many charms of Rye. This room does have a new and comfortable double bed but can also be booked by single travellers due to it’s “cosy” feel!
