We have two beautiful self catering properties to let in the heart of Rye, One is a two bedroom maisonnete at the bottom of Mermaid Street, and the other a three bedroom house in the Mint, below we have images and a description of both.

21 Mermaid Street is a Grade II listed, tastefully decorated, 2 bedroom Maisonnete in the heart of the historic Cinque Port town of Rye, East Sussex.
This pretty maisonette is idyllically located in the famous cobbled Mermaid Street, renowned for the Mermaid Inn which is just a few steps away, and it is available for 2 nights or more.
The masionette sleeps four adults comfortably in two double bedrooms which are both on the top floor, as is the bathroom. On the first floor is the living room, dining room, and kitchen. 
The living room looks onto Mermaid Street, and has a small but comfortable sofa from which you can watch the flat screen TV, there is a DVD player, as well as a selection of books and games in case of wet weather!
The dining room seats four people comfortably and looks onto The Mint.
The kitchen is newly fitted with a modern style oven and electric hob, washer/drier, fridge freezer along with full cooking equipment, cutlery crockery and glassware.
The bathroom has a bath with a mains shower attachment, WC and washbasin.
There are electric heaters in all of the rooms.
This maisonette has steep stairs throughout and is regrettably not suitable for disabled access. A travel cot, high chair and stairgate are available upon request.
Families are always welcome.
Pets are allowed on a pre-arranged basis. Please contact us before booking.

Prices are for the two bedroom apartment and include VAT. Extra beds and bedding may be available at an additional cost, please call to check.
We offer two types of welcome packs.
Pack 1 is £10.00 and consists of a loaf of fresh bread (white or granary) butter, a pint of milk, 6 fresh local free range eggs, a selection of tea and coffee, and two 50cl bottles of mineral water.
Pack 2 is £20 and consists of all of the above PLUS all you will need for a delicious English breakfast for four, including award winning sausages and the best English bacon. Also included in this is a bottle of our organic house wine (red or white).
Wellingtons
“Wellingtons” on The Mint which is in the heart of Rye is now available for short let.
Wellingtons is a three bedroom house on three floors in a perfect location.
Two double bedrooms and one twin.
Fully fitted kitchen.
Bath and shower.
Pretty courtyard garden with seating (shared).
Dedicated parking space.
